May 15, 2008. Frank Foundation was pleased to provide longtime partners at Orphanage #2 of Samara with gifts in honor of Intenrational Family Day. For over a decade and a half, FFCAI has worked in partnership with the orphanage professionals to provide hope and healing to the wards of the home. Hundreds of children have found loving families of their own through adoption domestically and internationally, while countless others have been placed with foster families. FFCAI continues to provide funds and supplies to enhance the quality of life for each child so that no matter how long they reside at the orphanage, the child may live in comfort and with dignity.
