In late November, 2006 Frank Foundation President, Dr. Nina Kostina, had the honor of meeting His Holiness the Dalai Lama in Dharamsala, India to discuss, among other things, possible joint future projects. While in Dharamsala, Dr. Kostina also visited a Tibetan children's village founded by the Dalai Lama's sister, Jetsun Pema.

Frank Foundation request for support to help victims of war in the Republic of Georgia
August 26, 2008. Frank Foundation President, Nina Kostina recently traveled to war torn Georgia to engage in a humanitarian effort to bring aid and make further assessment of the safety and well being of our friends and colleagues throughout the country. Nina’s trip was a difficult one. She was unable to visit the orphanages where we worked as the roads were covered with mines, but had opportunities to visit with many of the injured people being treated at the hospitals.
