Department of Education. We are very pleased to launch three
humanitarian initiatives in direct partnership with the Governor's

us help those children who desperately need our support. |

 | Juliana Harris, daughter of Susan and Hillie Harris has been at work again most recently in an effort to raise money that would be used to send a wheelchair to a special needs child in an orphanage in Uralsk, Kazakhstan.
*Juliana who is adopted herself from Ust' Kamenogorsk, Kazakhstan has become one of Frank Foundations little ambassadors, raising money to help orphan children. |
